Quick scoop to remove the tramp oil from the top of the coolant trap. 

First concentrate the oil to one side of the tray with a flat bar. I made my bar from scrap plywood. The bar is held up with two adjustable plywood wings so you can let go of it and it stays in one place. 

Slide the bar from one end of the tank to the other pushing the tramp oil in front. Then use the scoop to remove the oil.
