I needed a plate to replace where swamp cooler controls had been. Couldn't find this at Lowes so I made one that works for the switch for electricity and the blank space next to it.

Using the following options:

3rd_plate = none
4th_plate_bottom_hole = none

5th_plate_bottom_hole = none

2nd_plate = toggle
1st_plate = blank
plate_width = 2
