Vent for car window for when it is hot outside.

I have a solar panel attached to a USB fan to push air out of my vehicle. When it is parked at work (a week at a time) I plug into a battery minder and it blows air thru the night. Instead of nearly 300 degrees come my go-home day it has only been 30 or so degrees warmer than outside.
