This is an ornamental Letter/Post Rack that I designed some time ago. I hope it prints well and fits together easily.

The design utilizes small dowels to help align and glue the assembly together. Cut approximately four 10mm lengths of 1.75mm diameter filament and fit them into the base holes. Trim the remaining exposed filament a couple of millimeters high and complete a trial fit before permanently gluing the assembly together.

I used Fusion 360 to design the Letter Rack.

I have printed two of these letter racks. One of which, I used four coats of PVA glue and silver glitter (available from most discount hobby shops). And the other, I sprayed with a can of metallic chrome silver paint (I can't remember where I purchased it from). The sparkly glitter one has been happily sitting on my hall table, holding the daily post deliveries for many months.
