This is not the only model like this by any means, but I made one too! Mine has a screw hole through the central post in case you need to screw it into whatever you're attaching it to, but we found that with a good blob of superglue gel it has held firm for a good 3 months now.

Printed in PLA with the wide base down. The ‘stud' that locks the tools on probably -should- have supports but on the ender 3 at 0.2mm layer heights it printed OK without them, it's not pretty but you don't see it in use, and it's plenty strong enough. The overall effect isn't spoiled. Alternatively, print with supports, I'm not going to tell you how to live your life.

I've included an f3d file in case you want to merge it with the Rock's head or whatever it is the cool kids do these days.
