I upgraded my Makerbot Replicator 1 Dual to (what I call) the Abella (or Replicator XL). While doing so, I fried my Mightyboard as well as my LCD. I replaced the Mightyboard with a Flashforge variant, but I ended up going a much cheaper route for the Mightboard LCD screen. This required the board to be mounted external to the printer.
