This is a 32mm filter set for microscopes. It includes four standard darkfield filters and two special effects filters. 

The filter with a hole in the center can change the appearance when a color film is attached, as shown in the photo. Additionally, by moving or rotating the filter, you can achieve effects similar to those of a phase contrast or polarized light microscope.
