The Mars-90 is a lightweight and durable 90 mm wheelbase unibody frame designed for high-performance 2-inch FPV builds. It provides excellent rigidity and smooth flight characteristics.

Frame Thickness

• 2 mm carbon fiber: Balanced between strength and weight, ideal for high-KV micro motors.

Motor Recommendations

• 1002, 1003, 1102, 1103, 1202.5 motors
• Kv range:
  • 2S builds: 9000–14000 Kv
  • 3S builds: 6000–9000 Kv

Propeller Size

• 2" (51 mm) propellers
  Recommended options:
  • HQProp HQProp 2X1X3
  • Gemfan 2023

Screw Sizes

• Motor screws: M1.6 × 4–5 mm (depending on motor base)
• AIO / stack mounting:
  • 25.5×25.5 AIO → M2 × 10-18mm (depending on stack and canopy)

3D Print Recommendations

Material: TPU (95A)
Suggested prints:

• Canopy (any 25.5mm whoop canopy)
• Battery holder (optional)

🏗 Build Tips

• Tighten the stack screw with a nut under the AIO to reduce noise
• Use M1.6 washers under motor screws to protect carbon
• Keep battery centered for better CG
• For DJI O4 builds: tug away the cables neatly
• Keep wiring short for better performance and reliability
