This is a remix that attempts to fix some issues I had with my initial remix.
Namely:
- The screw holes were covered and hard to reach, and wore out fairly fast in PETG. I increased the size to allow the use of M3x5x4 brass inserts, to be melted into the plastic with a soldering iron. You need 2 or 4, depending on whether you want to use them for the front fan or not.
- When printing at temps of 250° or higher, the heat block, despite the silicone cover, melted the front of the fan duct and the right air nozzle. I increased the space some and also rebuilt the air nozzles, the right one is a bit further away now, both are pointing further down (on the original Mini Satsana, much of the air hits the nozzle itself) and are a little smaller to have a more targeted airstream.
BLTouch offsets are X-41.8, Y-11.6.
Be warned that you may need supports for the modified front section. Also add manual supports between the 5015 fan mounts.
- Added an image of a bridging test done in PETG.
- Added a version without inserts.
