I know the last thing the world needs is another phone stand, but I rather like this one. A number of years back I got a similar folding phone stand as a bit of swag from a conference somewhere. As with most of this stuff I was not able to find anything similar to buy more of (at least in any reasonable quantity anyway.) This one is quite popular in my house and always goes missing so I thought it time make a version of my own.
The version shown is printed in Kretrum PLA+. The one shown has the logo of my local maker space for example purposes. The files here are blank so you can add your own if you like. (The logo here was applied in the slicer with just an SVG which you can print 2 color or just emboss.)
You can print the base flat for a faster print time, but the layer lines being aligned makes it somewhat unpleasant to open and close and the hinge is not as strong. Printing on end requires more support, but also puts the print lines of the halves perpendicular to make it open and close smoother. I used tree supports for this one and it worked quite well.
