This is a 5" Drop Ceiling Vent Cover/Deflector Replacement to replace broken/stripped ones. 

 I printed them at 15% infill in white PETG.  Should thread into the base with a little force.  

I designed this in Fusion before I changed my settings to make the Z axis the vertical axis so you're going to have to adjust it to print flat on your print bed.  Sorry for that.
