**This is in place and functional 1.5 years later! It's never come loose or needed replacement.

One slide for the drawer in my refrigerator broke, and the remaining one tended to sag. This goes around the slide and matches the original connectors. I also added a wedge on the other rail, as it tended to flex inwards and dump out the drawer. I've had this in place with no issues for about 4 months.
