Surprisingly I did not find any local suppliers for this kind of common tool, so I had to make one myself. Modeled in Fusion360.

This is not a precision instrument. Mean width value is measured on outside of the steel wheel. The value is an input for balancing machine (0,5" precision) - You all know how this works…

Two identical main bodies must be printed. Of course this does not fit on most beds. I made 2 cuts but this can be optimized. Left the measure scale out of the prototype and decided to glue it on afterwards as a separate part. Sleeve is for pivot point. I used M5 screw + washer DIN9021 to retain. Paint marker for scale and numbers.
