Summary
The weather started to get wet, and the filaments open in the air too, leaving some stringing in a typical "fine-features-test-print".
Seeing the recent Stacker3D's "F-box" finally pushed me to add this accessory to my printer setup. Their box is cool but use a sort of cartridge for the desiccant.
Polymaker's box is nice but too big, and "just an enclosure" as RichRap said.
So I went to make yet another dry box, and from RichRap concept I kept the idea of the hygrometer sensor, but wanted an analog one to avoid electronic parts and keep things simple.
BOM
1 Box (I used Amazon ref B07M5SK5TC but other may be similar), 4L, vertical, too thin for 1kg spool but ok for 750g
1 Hygrometer (models for cigar boxes are nice and can be quite precise)
1 Cable gland to hold the tubing coming out (some even have strain relief)
4 standard ball bearing size 608
And the printed parts !
2020-10-20 : added an option to hold the hygrometer in the top lid, as my box is often on the floor.
