The whole thing should just press-fit together but it wouldn't hurt to glue the face on. I used this clock movement but any similar one will probably do.

Printing doesn't require any supports or an MMU. It does require a color change for the face (at 1.6mm) and body (at ~32mm) in order to get contrasting colors. 

I've included 2 different faces, plus a spare nut for attaching the clock movement.
