Diffuser for 4in led work light from AliExpress 

I used clear 1.6mm lexan and sanded the surface until it had a matt finish.you will need a piece of lexan measuring 109mm x 109mm x 1.6mm.

you can print the file "Diffuser glass" as an template to cut out your lexan. Also an option to print it in a "clear" material. use a filament that can withstand heat such as PETG, ASA or ABS. the lamp will become hot after prolonged use. The same goes for the bezel.
