Like other remixed models, I have cleared up an issue. Even with improved tolerances, the hinges are very stiff. Upon inspection [of a broken hinge] I discovered the issue. The hinge pin ”cones" were not refined. There were visible angles where there should have been smooth surfaces. I replaced these poorly designed cones with cone/pins which have 120sides [almost smooth].
These newly remixed hinges work smoothly without any need to “work them” or force them to move.
