I wanted a box for my batteries so I made one. Assuming infinite stacking height you could have infinite batteries storage!
I added two tolerance versions, one with 0.08mm tolerance and other with 0.16mm. My printer managed to print 0.08mm fine. If you have trouble stacking the boxes you can try the 0.16mm tolerance version. If you still have trouble you can play around with the project in Onshape (linked below).
Print recommendations
- I'd recommend at least 3 walls (while printing with .4 nozzle, probably could get away with 2 wall on .6 nozzle)
- an infill pattern you like, 15-30% infill should be okay
- I used Arachne, but Classic will probably do fine
- 0.2mm layer height
- I tried to design it so it's easy to print and it doesn't require any special settings
- if you have adhesion problems apply brim and other stick media
- I used Inner/Outer/Inner walls printing order to have better accuracy/quality (it's probably not necessary)
