After searching for a compact shop vac to use in my small shop and after hours of Youtube searches I designed this unit using my small 2 HP head unit as the base for the design. The design uses 2x 5Gal buckets and a “Half” bucket to replace to original Bucket that came with my Genie Vacuum.

> Photo with white interior is the base bucket for the head unit, a 2.25" pipe runs between the Head unit bucket and the Thein baffle.
> Photo with Thein baffle is placed below the Head unit bucket, the waste bucket is placed below the Thein baffle.

The files in this post are for the cyclone attachment for the Bucket w/Thein Baffle. The other files are for a through wall Fitting so the Dust collection unit can be placed outside a shop or through a wall into a closet if you need some noise suppression. The other Files are for a Through Table Vac port with Plug. The Plug will require an “O-ring" (2" OD 1/16" thick) there is a recess in the Vac-port attachment for the O-ring. 
System is designed for 2.25" Vacuum hose.
