100mm high, thicker walls, split in 4 pieces, every pieces can be printed on your zero, i added a optional spool roller.
You need at minimum 6 pom wheels to be functional, i used 12, the spool always stay on the right-rear corner so you only need 2 pom wheels on top, i used smaller wheels on top but any pom wheels work use what you have, all bolt are pass thru so also use what you have the model can take longer bolt.
- 6 to 12 pom wheels
- 8 5x20mm bolt
- 8 each 3x5mm and 3x20mm bolt
I Used ABS+, no support, 6 walls, 4 top layer and 4 bottom layer, 35% infill for the roller and 5% infill and 2 walls for the tophat, do not print in pla or petg it wont hold the heat, use ABS or ASA.
I printed 5 spools with it and fixed all the problem with the first spool, the 4 other where flawless, if you find any feel free to fix it.
No modification needed to your Zero, you can keep the filament detection if you root the cable inside the printer to the chamber, and you keep it loose between the roll and the bowden tube, the thicker walls allow the hat to clip like the glass panel, you dont need to cut your bowden tube at all, use only the one coming from the toolhead.
