Update 2020-04-14: Added v3 arm which is taller and good for filament exiting from the top of the roll (original design was for filament from the bottom). Uses the same top torus.

I had trouble printing the original design - the "cut" part of the loops would separate from the bed. Plus, PETG does not like small parts.

I am using this on an Ender 5 Plus with a direct drive modification (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4041743). It has a large bed so the filament needs to move a lot. I used a stretched torus as the guide to accommodate that movement.

Unfortunately, I could not think of a way to model this so it would print flat without supports. It prints in two or three pieces that you will need to glue together, which is very easy. There are two versions - one with a slot for a bottom guide and one without. Pick the one that works better for your filament path.

PETG so no cooling to increase strength. I use a little Elmer's glue on the bed at the guide-end of the arm to reduce the probability of lift.
