This design is for a metal dish holder for the Petlibro PLAF004 automatic pet feeder. It came with a plastic bowl which apparently can, over time, lead to "chin acne" (their newer models now have a metal insert).
The bowl it's designed to work with is the one in the link, but step versions of the files are included to ease adapting it to others.
This is designed to print in two parts that are then glued together. Use the metal bowl as an alignment guide and be careful not to add any glue to the locking arms so they can move freely.
In my experiments, the top piece isn't really required for a good fit and in hindsight, I should probably have simply covered it with a piece of sheet metal for ease of cleaning. Included the whole thing anyway to give people more options.

Notes:
I had good luck printing with two perimeters at 10% infill. I printed the bottom part upside down so that the hook arms would be resting on the bed. No supports were then required as the bridging distances aren't too great.
