Kids robotics club logo "Robo Squad". We used their homemade T-Shirt logo to build them a team medallion they can all have and share.
Unfortunately, this cannot be reduced in size. 60mm is the smallest it will go before losing all the fine details. Included is the .stl for a single gear. But I also have separate files that make the print stop when the gear is done. And another to print the robo squad on top in a different color.

Now, I just have to print continuously, 12 at a time, for the next 24 hours to have enough of them for the competition! :)

only 13 layers tall. Layers 1-10 are the gear. Layers 11-13 are the ROBO SQUAD letters. Can delete 11-13 if you don't want words, or pause after 10 and change color for contrasting letters.
