Most parts can be printed without using supports (for fdm printers). The connecting pins for the handle are designed with the toleracnes of my 3D printer in mind but if they turn out too loose for you, you can just use glue to secure them. Supports will be needed for the actual spinning top as it is designed to be printed in an upright position.
