This is a Caesar decoding wheel using a cipher set found in the Usborne Puzzle Adventures series books. It has characters on both sides, one in a reverse order.

Feel free to use the OpenSCAD file and change the text and fonts to your own cipher, tweak the inner and outer wheel radii, etc as desired.
