I started with a basic Twilight model in http://ponylumen.net/games/3d-pony-creator/ I added mechanical wings and tweaked the pose a bit. I then brought it into 3dBuilder and created the "joints" using cylinders, spheres, and cubes then scaled it to blind bag pony size. Sliced and printed it.
