The Story

I printed the famous phone stand here from Printables and was very disappointed. My phone is quite tall, so it was barely fitting and the center of mass was too high. I could not tap on the screen, the phone would fall. I decided to design a more stable stand.

Features

• It is stable
• You can use your touchscreen whilst the phone is in the stand
• The angle is more convenient for looking at the screen or even video calls
• Has a groove so the phone does not slide out

Tips

• You can add some double sided tape from the bottom to make the stand stick to the desk of your table (not that you want to glue it permanently, but a weaker tape, especially when it gets little dirty will serve as anti-slip - I for example used very thin one ment for paper which does not stick to other things too well)
