Mi wife bought this USB mini drill from Aliexpress, to use it on some handicrafts. The quality of the device is terrible, but it did the work… until it suddenly stopped working. The case was glued/welded so I had to break it to reach the internals. Once opened, the soldering on one of the power terminals came loose, so I soldered it again and designed this case to put it together.

Print the two sides of the case (no support needed), put the motor inside and close using 4xM2 screws.

FreeCAD files are included just in case you need changing anything.
