This is a simple template I created to mark the wholes for hinges for Ikea Pax system. You will need also a 35mm cutter for the big whole, the smaller wholes are 5mm, go slow because the thickness of the fronts is only 18mm (ask me how I know).

Also included are vertical spacers, in sizes: 1mm, 2mm, 3mm (you can combine them to get 4mm and 5mm. They are made for fronts of thickness 18mm. These spacers help hold the front while the drilling template is used. 

Additionally added hole filler plugs for 5 and 35mm holes, in case you need to fill an existing hinge hole that was pre-drilled.

Printed in PLA, but PETG should be fine as well. The pins for the inside match the Pax holes so it can stay inside while you make the hole markings.
