I always trace the which pin goes to which pins especially ICSP pin headers that doesn't have any good indication of pin numbers. I thought about making these frames to convert a generic widely used male pin header and female dupont plugs/jumpers into IDC Connector style, so that I will plug them accordingly.

If you want don't want to accidentally plugged into the wrong header, this is may be for you.

You may need to use glue to the female types so it won't go anywhere

This connector also widely known as JTAG connector (I think) and should be compatible.
