The shaving brush stand can be printed in the desired size by just using scale function of the slicer of your choice. Consider different scaling ratios in different directions. If you print it with the big flat side on the printer bed no support needed.

For me PLA with 2 shells worked fine - to get a more durable part feel free to print more shells or use PETG etc.
