My Proform XP 542e treadmill latch broke and the company no longer makes the replacement part. I designed a replacement in Tinkercad and printed it.

This will work with the 542e, but you have to already have the bolt and spring parts from the original.

I printed this at standard quality with tree supports. I used 20% infill. I printed with a Wall Line Count of 3 and 4 top and bottom layers for some additional exterior strength.
