I actually bought my printer to make this part once I realized that it would be almost as expensive to commission the parts from a local shop but wouldn't have a printer afterwards. Part is designed with an inner diameter of 140 mm (to fit a scope that has an aperture diameter of ~120mm). Measure the circumference of your scope and calculate diameter for best fit. This is intended to be printed twice and grip the scope in two separate places for stability. The part uses m4 screws and captive m4 nuts, I recommend some kind of tape or rubber or felt grip material on the inside to make the mounting of the scope secure. Just barely fits and prints all together on the bed of a prusa mini. Not parametric, maybe in a v2, however because the two halves screw together there's significant wiggle room for a larger or smaller telescope to fit in there especially if you use a thicker grip material on the inside.
