This was designed as a replacement for the wheel and tire to mount to the “yellow" hobby motors. I made the model as a parametric model for any diameter, width, tire thickness, or mounting shaft. Made for RC Car or other projects. 

Print the wheel in PLA 0.3mm layers. 

Must print the tire in a flexible material. I used TPU from Overture. Also 0.3mm layers. You can use 5% or 0% infill for the tire. 

The tire must stretch a bit to get over the rim of the wheel, but it will stay on securely.
