10.5mm x 10.5mm x 3.5mm square nut 1/4"-20 UNC I made for one of those universal phone mounts that didn't come with a ¼" nut to hold the mount to the tripod screw.  So made my own.  One has the hole slightly off-centered, the other centered – depending on your mount.
