This hanger works by using double sided tape, But it an be screwed or drilled if needed. 

The back of the hanger has an indented design to help the tape bond better to the back of the hanger.

 Once the hanger is stuck to the wall a hot wheels package can be hooked onto it.

I used the brands cellotape double sided pads which worked great and there was no need to cut anything just stick them and thats it. If the car is heavy for some reason/ heavy box sanding the back of the hanger before putting the tape on will solve any issues.
