If a foam roller is too soft to do the job this will gladly grind those knots out of your back!

My favorite back roller of all time was made of wood and unfortunately when my x-girlfriend and I broke up she totally caught me trying to steal it. Thank goodness for CAD and FDM! 

This is meant to be simple and fast to print with no supports needed.

PLA, 6 walls, 20% Gyroid infill

I am thinking that I might print it in TPU to make a softer version and will post print settings when I do so.
