Top and bottom print with usual settings. Model is scaleable, but tolerances are TIGHT; personally I printed the base 0.2% larger than the top, and depending on your filament you may need to print the sliders a fraction smaller (I printed 0.5% smaller). 

Use octagram spiral for the top surfaces of the sliders for a nice visual effect.
