Summary
Light Saber style hilt / handle & mold for an Iceblock / Icy Pole.
To Do:
1) Design a longer lug to give ice more structural integrity.
2) Increase size of dowel holes to suit 1.75mm filament dowels.
3) Design an alternative that has the lug incorporated into one half of the handle.
4) Or even print the handle vertical in one piece to avoid the "small part chocking hazard.
5) Design a stand to hold multiple Ice Saber's vertical in the freezer.
6) Design a 2 part mold tube for easy release.

Travel Feedrate 80 mm/s

ASSEMBLY:
1) Use cyanoacrylate (super glue) to position the "Lug" into the recess in the "Lightsaber right" half of the handle. (you may need to trim the lug with an exacto knife for it to be a perfect fit.)
2) Make 3x dowels ~6mm (1/4") long out of wire or what ever you have laying around that will fit snug in the holes. I used stainless steel mig wire.
3) Super glue the dowels into position in one half of the handle.
4) Generously super glue the 2 halves of the handle together & evenly clamp until gule is set.
USE:
1) Mix up some cordial in a jug that can pour.
2) Pour cordial into the tube to the top.
3) Mom voice "over the sink!" push the handle lug first into the cordial filled tube until it pops into posItion. Don't worry if there is a small gap of no codial at the top as it will expand as it freezes.
4) Stand vertical (blade down) in freezer until set.
5) Run warm water evenly over tube to help release your Ice Saber.
6) Om nom nom nom.
Enjoy!
