Summary

This is a custom case for a Spark Core WiFi microcontroller mounted on a “perma-proto” breadboard-style PCB by Adafruit and a solid state relay. The microcontroller is connected to a temperature/humidity sensor and the relay controls a humidifier based on the measured humidity. The sensor values are also logged to a Google Docs spreadsheet.

The case was modeled in Autodesk Fusion 360.
