Summary
I have a pretty niche situation where I'm using a core P3 case wall mounted as a server, HTPC, living room VR PC, and a NAS all at the same time. So I have a full sized pci-e 5.1 sound card, a low profile HBA controller for connecting a bunch of SAS HDD's, and a low profile 10gbe network card, but I want all that to work with a beefy GPU, I had been using a 1080ti on this computer for many years, but I recently upgraded my normal gaming PC and wanted to pass the 6900xt down to the living room PC, and it simply didn't fit.
So I went way overboard and designed this monstrosity, I'm curious if anyone else wishes this existed and would like to try it out. There's a few vertical GPU mounts I've seen on here but this one is a little different. There's 5 functional low profile slots for pci-e cards, 1 full sized PCI-e slot above the graphics card area, and the vertical GPU slot is designed to accommodate a relatively modern mammoth of a 6900xt red devil graphics card, with maximum space between the fans and the glass. It also works for smaller GPUs relatively well, but I'm sure there's an upper limit to its compatibility currently. I designed this specifically for the Asus Prime X570-P motherboard I'm using which has a pci-e 1x slot above the graphics card slot, not sure how common that actually is.
The GPU slot pokes out a little bit more than normal because the way I have the many 3.5" hard drives mounted required just a touch more space horizontally. That's all custom designed, and published separately. I'll possibly make a version that keeps the GPU flush with the rest of the cards upon request, but it is convenient as far as being able to put threaded inserts in for the low profile pci-e slots and screwing everything in.
I'm using m3 heat-set inserts to hold the cards down as that's just what I had on hand. I've uploaded a version of this with and without the fan but currently the model I'm testing needs those low profile pci-e cards to get some air, I just suppressed the fan components, everything else is the same. I just happened to have a 5015 fan on hand and snuck it in behind the GPU at a 10 degree angle just to get some air flow back there as those little pci-e cards can get quite hot and I've effectively created a little oven space back there with this. I'm routing the motherboard wires (USB headers) through the open spaces on the bottom of the model.
I'm currently using the cooler master MCA-U002R-WPCI40-200 riser cable, the 300mm long version does work but it's cramped with low profile pcie cards populated, 200mm is very comfortable, though if you need to populate the very bottom slot you may have some trouble, i don't have a card to test that with, there are rare "single reverse riser cables" that might work really well if you need to populate that lowest slot, let me know if anyone wants to test that and I'll modify the model to work with those, currently it's very tight and requires some confidence to get everything in there properly.

Updated and finalized 5/30: added some extra stiffness for the GPU, changed the hole spacing and I am pretty sure I nailed it this time after going through some of the pcie standards documentation. I just installed the new version and took some extra pictures, I think it looks pretty good. I may still go back and make a more easily printable version as there's a few overhangs that aren't really necessary, but I don't think it'll look as good so this is likely the one I'll stick with.
updated 11/22: chopped off a section of the model that was interfering with certain GPU's (thanks Tekgnome). I haven't tested this yet so I don't want to replace the originals until I've tried it out or received feedback that this works (the files ending with 2 in the name). Of note, Normal PLA resulted in horrible sagging after extended use with my 6900XT. it still worked but the GPU was resting on the PSU and very crooked. I reprinted the original model with Polymaker HT-PLA-GF and it's working great, though the fan part is extremely brittle and too thin, i broke it in multiple places and glued it back together. it's been effortlessly holding the GPU up for like 3 months now with significant use. I don't know if the glass fiber version of this was necessary, if the normal version works it will likely be a lot less brittle. i do have some regular HT-PLA that i'll be trying eventually and if that still has the brittleness issue then i'll redesign the fan component.
