If you would like to deliver these to these to our health care friends but don't want to get too close to a hospital, you can make a contactless drop off at our home and we will relay them. ABOUT THIS PROJECT:
We were looking for a way to assist in this health care crisis. One of the problems that were presented was a shortage of N95 masks in hospitals. These were already being rationed.
While we originally supported the Copper3D design, we have moved to the MontanaMask.
This is the V1 mask currently (4/6/20) being distributed by www.makethemasks.com. I have done the following modifications:

1. Run the model through the Netfabb repair service.
2. Added scaled models for larger AND smaller humans:
   • X-Large = 110-110-110
   • Large = 100-100-100
   • Medium = 90-90-95
   • Small = 80-80-90
3. Updated the filter to enable the use of the cotton+polypropylene combo. Tests are ongoing for other filter materials.

PROS FOR THIS DESIGN:

• No learning curve for thermoforming limits human error during assembly
• Two layers of filtration with the dual filter insert
• Adjustable tension straps
• Straps can be immersed in sanitation bath
