Summary
My Dear Wife is putting new curtains in one of our bedrooms and ran into trouble with the rings. The double thickness of material is to thick to allow the inserts to be used so I decided to have a go at printing some. They are held together with M3 screws and nuts.

I found it a help, after cutting an "X" in the fabric, to fold the tabs back through the metal grommet and hold them down with a dab of hotmelt glue before screwing the 2 halves together. This made it a lot easier, and I did almost 50 like that. And was very pleased to finish!!!!
