For solid propellent you will need: powdered Sugar and potassium nitrate (you can use stump remover with high concentration of  KNO3). mix this two with 65 (KNO3) /35 (Sugar) ratio.

use rod to push propellent inside rocket. it will be better if u pour mixture on pre heated pan(use low temperature). cook until sugar becomes golden brown. pour liquified mixture inside rocket.
