Wanted to create a way to make wheel sets for HO railway cars.

Two parts wheels and axle, easiest to print separately.

I recommend doing 4 axles at the same time, works best with my Prusa.

To get them glued in all the right angles, print the Jig and use for the assembly.

Assembly:

1.Put one wheel in each half of the jig.

2. Add glue in the holes of the wheels, just a tiny bit.

3.Put the axle in each wheel hole, then push the jig together.

4.Let it dry and then remove, carefully.
