My next Cryptid Kit Card - the ever elusive Bigfoot!  

Using Nakozen's awesome kit card tutorial, these cards print out quite snug and nicely if you stay cognizant of your printer's settings. And don't forget, a good pair of flush snips and a little super glue go a LONG way in keeping these models from falling apart, though the pictures I've attached are all fitted together with no glue at all (so yeah, it's totally possible).

Feel free to use the filament colors of your most base desires - I used some silk brass for the under-layers and plain old brown for the top.  I set a filament change around layer 10 - though this may differ depending on your slicer's settings. In Cura, go to Extensions → Post Processing → Modify G-Code and select Filament Change.

I've printed my kit cards on both an Ender 3 and an Elegoo Neptune 3+ with more or less identical print settings: 

0.2 Layer Height 

2 Walls 

Outside to Inside Wall Ordering 

A fairly hot build plate (70 degrees C in my case) 

NO SUPPORTS 

and a Skirt 

Also, slow and steady wins this race. I typically print around 45 mm/s for the best results. 

And if you have time, enabling Ironing will give you a spiffy surface finish.
