The effector plate for a Flsun Q5 is quite large and heavy, so I came up with these designs.
 

• The effector uses a 5015 radial blower fan as part cooling fan.
• 2 effector plate designs ( I prefer and use the V2 )
• Multiple fan duct sizes included
• sensor plate might need to be resized for your hotend (thickened), also your Z-Probe offset needs to be changed to Y -15.
• .step file is included but unfortunately… something corrupted my model and the design went to “….” so expect a complete mess in there.

Print in a strong and heat resistant material.

PLA might work out for a while but chances are great that it will start warping by the radiant heat of the bed and the hotend.

Print with at least 4 walls 15% infill and 2mm bottom and top for the regidity of the part.
