If for some reason you find yourself with a bunch of spare Dremel-brand filament, you won't be able to use it in the Bambu Lab AMS (or with most anything else, really) — the spools are too small.
This ring fits over the Dremel spool, making it large enough to fit in the AMS. A small lip holds the adapter on, while a holes in the Dremel spool is used to ensure the spool is properly rotated along with the adapter and won't slip when extruding or retracting.
Print two and put one on each side. Worked fine for me in both PLA and PETG at 0.2mm with 15% infill. The lip is 0.4mm, so your mileage may vary with a nozzle larger than that.
There seems to be some minor variance in the spools, so the tolerances are fairly loose - but tight enough to avoid anything falling off (on every spool I tried, anyway).
