Summary
I built a stand for my Classic Star Trek Phaser in Blender 2.82
I included a version with a smaller base for SLA-Printers like my Mars Pro and a slightly bigger base for Filament Printers.
The .blend file is included, feel free to remix.

Printed on an Elegoo Mars with 4mm walls, 0.025mm layers, 15 ground layers with 20 sec exposure, 6sec exposure for all other layers.
