The adapter plate allows for top mounting the ptfe connectors to the EIBOS Cyclopes to manage filament path.  The design has three posts on the lower plate that have a snug fit diameter that can just press fit into the upper plate.  Middle M3 screw secures it even more.    Note if you break off the center post on the lower plate it can be used on the front of the enclosure.

Requires:

[ ] 2x 10mm ptfe connectors.  6mm OD x 4mm ID ptfe tube shown in photos.  Prefer the larger tubing as it's easier for the extruder to pull the filament.
